BEHOLD! The only reason to blog twice in one day. Ok, 1 of 2 reasons. 1) Because I'm hopped up on the caffeine from 2) my latte machine! Two angels from heaven, aka Minneapolis, had this little machine sitting neglected at thier house and heard my cries from the great north. Or maybe they just talked to Rick's parents about the blog. Hard to say. Rick's Uncle Chuck and Aunt Susan are responsible for the best day ever, EVER. We had it steaming away within 20 minutes of it's arrival. You'll notice the red mug, a gift from my best buddy Ronda in Wenatchee who is also a coffee fiend. So of course the first latte had to go in the shiny Starbuck's mug.
Tyson had to have his "coffee-water" too. Can't leave him out of all the excitement. His is only flavored milk, we'll break the news to him someday. I'm sure people around here are going to taste my lattes and wonder what all the fuss is about. They may not understand, but my native people in Washington do.
Gotta go people, caffeine induced energy to burn!
I was hoping you would get one to bring memories of all us coffee loving Wasingtonians!!! Love it. Thank you Minnesota Angels for taking such good care of Lisa (and Rick's family). It helps to know she is in such loving hands.~Heather C.
